At sea
Commercial boats as captain and crew taught a simple requirement: the system has to work when conditions are imperfect, attention is split, and mistakes have consequences. Context is not optional when the next decision depends on what is already known.

Hotel back halls and infrastructure are where guest-facing polish meets the quieter machinery that keeps a place running. Useful knowledge often lives offstage—in procedures, maintenance history, and the people who remember what broke last time.
